Mr. Clive Lloyd, Titan's gracious club patron.

In our second year of existence, something truly special occurred.  In a remarkably fortuitous turn of the wheel of life, one of our cricket families, the Vederes', presented the team with a unique opportunity to meet legend of cricket Mr. Clive Hubert Lloyd.  This was made possible by a friend of their's, Mrs. Amita Singh, a huge cricket fan whose hubby was a dear and personal friend of Clive's over the years.  The Vedere family arranged a private party at their residence on the beach and Titans players and families turned out to meet the man behind those ever trendy glasses.  In the end, it was a truly memorable event and one that will stick in our hearts and minds for eternity.  In fact, during the evening, after a good dose of liquid courage, the skipper rustled up the nerve to request that Mr. Lloyd become our official club patron and as they say the rest is history.  We are truly honored to have such a great man as our club patron and it's a fitting bonus that he happens to also be a legend in cricket circles.
