Titans Play Chanderpaul XI In Sarasota!

Titans travelled in early June to tour Sarasota Cricket Club and play against an XI featuring Shivnarine Chanderpaul.  The tour results were heavily one-sided in favor of SICC as Titans toured with weakened squads on both days, but the experience was priceless.

Game 1 featured Atif claiming the scalp of the famous man thanks to a catch in the deep by Walt that had the fans on their feet applauding and has since earned him another nickname..."the juggling ninja"...to go along with his many other tags...lol.

Game 2 saw Chanderpaul reach a stellar century before Tiki bowled a quick one that nipped away and had him caught behind by Avinash.

Numerous items were signed and numerous conversations had with a man who can only be referrred to as one fo the finest persons and cricketers this writer has had the privilege of being in the company of.

We wish him well in his upcoming matches for Windies and cannot thank Chris Thakoopersaud and SICC enough for their continued friendship!
